Job Description
Graduate, preferably with post graduate qualification in sales & marketing FMCG with 5 to 10 years in the ethnic trade in the UK. Should posses experience in strategy planning & execution of sales & marketing activities in line with organization business plans & approved budgets & modes. Should ensure division maximizes revenue & market share by surpassing targets through proper supervision & guidance of sales team and support departments, implementation of new initiatives, increase in brand visibility, efficient distribution networks, building & motivating a good solid team and establishing and maintaining good rapport with customers of both the Modern & Traditional Trades, Maintaining strict debtors control, tracking credit limits & overdue payments etc and be responsible for the profit centre.
